HCD has been in the business of improving productivity for decades. Managing Director Peter Durham has been working with Dragon NaturallySpeaking from some of its earliest iterations and can tell you a story or two about his experiences of having grown with the product. From its first release, Peter has been helping clients get more done in less time.
Improving the speed at which you type is one thing. Improving your general work flow by using time-saving shortcuts and custom templates makes you fly like never before! While Durham has been at the forefront of the product’s development and many releases over this time, he’s concerned with getting people to get through their work quicker and more efficiently. This extends beyond computing and documentation to meeting processes and he’s been able to integrate custom systems whether it be for legal, medical or professional practices.
Having helped thousands of users integrate Dragon into their work lives, he’s saved countless hours and tailored amazing time-saving systems for his clients. His knowledge of the products and how they can be integrated in the best way possible makes him an expert at productivity enhancements. With many happy users now getting through more work in less time, Peter has made it possible for people to reclaim their weekends and find a better work-play balance.
In this light, HCD is going to start a Dragon Profile series in which we get to know some of our clients. Over the next few months, we’ll be checking in with some of our real users to get an idea of how Dragon has improved their work lives and what they love best about using the product. We know from personal experience that when Dragon isn’t working, many of our power users don’t hesitate in contacting us to get them back on the wagon.
If you’re one of our happy Dragon users, why not get in touch so that we can build a story around your experiences with the software and HCD’s array of products and services. Peter has made it his mission to provide first-rate service beyond the call of duty. Let’s celebrate the man who’s made it his business to improve yours.
